You have one of these problems:
1) Your system does not have the libstdc++ library which would install
these files. Check this first.
2) If you do have libstdc++ installed, then you likely have an old
version that did not have support for the ANSI string class and/or the
STL. Which distro are you using? Which version of gcc are you using?
