[obs-dev]help, what does this error message mean.

Hi,
I have installed 0.3.0 (for now) on a Mandrake 8 box.
I am trying to stream to a icecast server on the same machine.
I do not see a attempt to connect from Obsequieum.

Added first pullbuffer. Sleeping 1 sec...
Starting transmitter...
Xmit: Cannot start transmitter when its is not stopped.


Any thing I should check?
