[obs-dev]Titelstreaming does not work

Hi again ;-)

I'm not sure whether the option 'TitleStreaming = yes' in
obs.conf is supposed to show the current title in Winamp. If so,
there must be a bug in my installation, because it just shows the
Name of the broadcast, but no song title.
