I don't think that IceCast can do title streaming, if you want it to work
you will have to use ShoutCast. I'm using ShoutCast, and I have no
problems.
Ofcause your .mp3 file will have to have a valid ID3 tag ;-)
Try ShoutCast, it isn't that hard to install, and is much like IceCast...
