I finally dug into it. Lame changed their API, and that code broke. So I
tweaked with the code and it compiles and kinda runs. The audio is
broken every couple of seconds, and obs crashes when it tries to go to
the next track. The code in the reencode_branch in CVS now compiles with
lame lame3.89beta.

If someone would like to help you, please take a look at the
xmit/ReencodePullBuffer.cpp/h files -- that's where all the ju-ju
happens, and I must be doing something wrong somewhere.

Anyone have experience with the Lame API?
