This device isn't "showing down", an alert that you've called "device
up/down" which may or may not correctly track a device being up/down has
failed for these devices, seemingly all of your devices.
It's most likely that your alert conditions are broken and are just
always returning failed.

We have problem with device alerts. Due to this we can't monitor our
network. Actually, our devices are online but, in the alerts, it will
be showing down. I have tried to forceful discover but still same. I
think it will be software bug then i will update to latest version but
at here also same issue. If anyone have solution, please let me know.
