Hi,
This might have been asked before, apologies if so.

Is it possible somehow to assign ownership of raised alerts?

We operate a largish support function and have noticed people are suppressing
alerts they think other people are working on, sometimes erroneously. Having
notes or a ownership assignment of a raised alert might help sort this.

Thanks!

Andy Franks
