This is because there's no way to do this via the payment processor. I think 
it's meant as a security measure to prevent us changing the email and then 
changing products or something.

I normally recommend people just make another account and resubscribe with that 
when the old one expires.

I put a big box on the signup page telling people not to use personal accounts 
because of this. We get a handful of instances per year of this causing a 
problem.

My former co-worker signed up for the Observium subscription and the account 
email is in their name.  I'd like to update that please.  There is no obvious 
way to do it in the portal.  Would someone be able to assist me with this
