Hi I didnt ban the user, I just reported it as spam as soon as I saw it. I have done this in a few of the groups I belong to (gmail one's for unisa etc) .I am not sure if this affects the group as a whole,I am told it should..I hope so ,it would nip it in the bud very quickly.Who knows? thank all that is holy that this one is gone. Very irritating . Kelly.
