At about 6 pm, I saw this guy walking down the road and dragging a stick or something against the gates and wall of a neighbour house. - I think he did it to make the dogs crazy or something. I went out to look because all the dogs in the road were barking - AGAIN. Something that has I've been noticing of late. This guy, was tallish, in a check shirt, and I think he was like a bergie european type. He was too far away and as I had just come out of the shower I couldnt go after him or anything. Has anyone come across guys making the dogs mad, and any purpose in it? Maybe trying out which houses have dogs or not.. I dont know , but I found it very annoying. Mel
