Hi Mel By "European" do you mean white? or was he wearing a Beret?
The "Lighter Guy" is a young white homeless guy who tries to sell lighters in Woodstock and Obs. He will try the same old line about how he was mugged and had all his lighters stolen and needs money for the shelter. I've heard it three times and my friends in Woodstock have heard it a few times too. I don't think his memory is very good because he also tried to steal my Weber when I lived in Woodstock but he can't seem to remember the event or being caught by my vigilant neighbour.
