A resident, who is either has some sever mental illnesses and/or is on drugs has started performing some sort of strange samurai sword ritual on his roof when ever his neighbors are there. The first time it happened they were sure he was going to commit suicide in front of them on the roof, as he was holding the sword in his mouth and into his stomach, whilst this is going on he is listening to some very dark gothic trance like music, and seems to be in some sort of trance himself. The next day out came the warrior wielding his weapon again. A friend decided that he would go and speak to him today, just to let him know that this is not on and he must stop it. At first he wouldn't come to the door and they were talking to each other through the door, the neighbour, lets call him Jack, was saying that he is not going to speak to him, and he must leave. The friend, lets call him Mike, then said that he can't carry on performing on the roof with the sword, Jack then said he can do what he wants to its his property and he is entitled to it, Mike then said that this is not the case when he is visible to everyone else around and he is now making it our business as we can see him, so he must please stop. Jack then decided to open the door, what a sight, he had obviously been cutting himself on his arms, as there were clear, new cut marks all over both his arms and he had blood covering the top half of his face. On seeing this, Mike, completely freaked out, but held it together and said to him that this needs to stop now or he's going to call the police, Jack then asked him if he suffers from short man syndrome as he can help him as he is a psychiatrist, Mike is 6ft1, definitely not short, so not sure where this came from, Jack then told Mike that if he doesn't get off his porch he'll have to remove him, Mike said he should come and try. Jack then closed the door and walked off, all the while the death mental music is blaring from inside. A coloured gentleman who was washing a car nearby asked if everything was OK, because he often sees Jack playing strange games with himself and that he is a very strange individual! The neighbour writes: "the main concern is now obviously everyone who lives in the surrounds of this house and having to live with this in our space. I know that people who are mentally unstable are capable of almost inhuman things and don't even want to start to think about what could happen!" "What can we do to avoid a potentially serious situation with this individual?" "Advice would be great, we are all really, really worried about where this situation could lead to, if he would be lying in wait for us to come home from work, who knows."
