Hi there I am a Crown st resident, and I think I know who the so-called Jack is, but seeing as it's a second hand report, I am not sure if the concerned neighbour reads this forum. I suggest that the neighbour consults with others in the street, talking specifics, so that a plan can be made - for example.. On this forum, with not real names it's all very hypothetical. Marion
