i think you saw the message, but i don't think you were looking at the words, because if you were, you would have noticed that i distinctly requested an application form because of my wish to join the OCA-which incidentally, Helen was kind enough to send-i merely inquired as to why the strike rate between this site and the OCA membership was so low. i cannot remember writing that i did not want to join and if you were concentrating on the actual words, rather than interpreting it, it might have been clear.
