Hi James Firstly it is not the Spar car park, but Pepper Sq car park run by the OCA, We have 4 CCTV cameras 24/7 and two attendants on duty at night, and 1 during the day. if your housemate is looking to park there on a regular basis he/she can complete an application form for monthly parking at the exit kiosk.
