My tenants/housemates have been using the OCA car park since I moved in in about 2003. The only incident we ever had was when my one tenant went away for a couple of weeks and came back to find that someone had broken in (without breaking anything) and was sleeping inside the car. The battery had gone flat while she was away, which is why the alarm didn't go off. This happened in 2003/2004 though and she started parking under the lights after that.
