Dear Obs, I have sponsored a walkie-talkie for James Cowley of Scott Rd. James is an ex-Navy officer and he is actively involved in doing patrols and often rides around Obs on a bicycle. To the good folks who already have two-way radio's, please make full use of them whenever possible. It is a cheap and effective form of communication, when the radio is turned on!
