Great initiative Michael, thanks for picking up this thorny issue. Barmooda is a serial and major contributor to this nuisance. I came back to Obs around midnight last night and their noise was spilling out into the street and the Doof Doof was disturbing me when I hit the horizontal. I did get the impression it stopped earlier than usual........ but? There has to be an acceptable compromise such that the clubs comply with the bylaws and the residents get a good night's sleep. Power to your elbow - you have all of my support. Brian Amery
