Great initiative Michael, thanks for picking up this thorny issue.
Barmooda is a serial and major contributor to this nuisance. I came
back to Obs around midnight last night and their noise was spilling
out into the street and the Doof Doof was disturbing me when I hit the
horizontal. I did get the impression it stopped earlier than
usual........ but?
There has to be an acceptable compromise such that the clubs comply
with the bylaws and the residents get a good night's sleep. Power to
your elbow - you have all of my support.
