Sat 14 Feb, 3am: Coming home from my patrol down Lower Main Road for noise nuisance i saw a white Opel Kadette standing on the corner of Milton and Arnold. Two guys busy in the boot of the car (idling, lights switched on). I saw the one removing the number plate from the Opel and putting it in the boot. I then knew that something's up! The one guy indicated to the other one..."ok, come". They walked towards a Silver Toyota Tazz parked in Arnold Street close to the corner of Milton Street. The one guy lay under the car trying to reach for the cable to open the bonnet. The other one followed and went for the door. I shouted at them and said that i'm calling the cops. They ran back to their Opel and sped away. No number plate! I called sector one but it was too late, they were gone...
