Hello Michael We need folk like you who walk around and watch what goes on..... WOULD YOU NOT THINK OF BUYING A 2-WAY RADIO WITH WHICH YOU COULD attract the attention of other Watchers in the suburb as well - it is hoped - the SAPS at W/stock Station. This would enable you to observe without being noticed & you could then contact the police to do whatever is necessary..........rather than put yourself at risk ??
