Jason, I think its important that as many people in Obs get involved, as possible. But, I think your comment is a little unfair, there are only few people who have been actively involved and helpful in setting up and running various things in Obs - the neighbourhood watch, OCA, the new Obs CID, etc. From what I have seen, they have been actively trying to get buy in from the community who have often appeared lazy and disinterested.
