Coming along Wesley Rd this morning (between Milton and Bishop) I saw the car-washer in question doing a change of pants/jeans/whatever in the street. I asked him why he was changing in the street. "Because I am hot..............HEY! I want to join the Observatory Neighbourhood Watch and I want a radio because I'm out in the street a lot and I see a lot......"
