Thanks for these guidelines which will assist us to focus on our and not to get sidetracked. I also see a need for a few guidelines for e-mail etiquette that would make the list easier to read. For example, using relevant subject lines and changing the subject line when changing the focusI will compile a few suggestions after my holiday.
