Well that document is the plan - its also been pinned to the community notice board at the Spar. Basically they are paving a third of the green and repaving the parking lot at the end. Contrary to popular opinion they are insisting on fencing off that area for security. The Obs Ware Memorial will also be move to the new and improved Village Green. I thinbk that about summarises it.
