Also I noticed Gutter strips pulled up in Dane Street this morning. My neighbour says that she heard a car idling outside and looked out to see a white bakkie/small flat bed truck, 3 guys hacking away at it. She called the Sector vehicle, but the bakkie continued to whip up the metal guttering and drove off.
