People please beware of the following that has
been happening in Cape Town!
Over the past couple of weeks there have been
reporting’s of men (and women) in the western cape who are posing as "survey
conductors" who are going around to houses esp. in the suburbs, approaching
people at their homes and asking if they could do a quick survey on the crime
in the Western Cape.
They are dressed very neatly; have forms etc.
with them for you to fill out. DO NOT let these people into your homes or as
much as even allow them to try and convince you otherwise as they are robbing
the residents, holding them at gunpoint etc. This is just a setup. Please
contact the police if anyone approaches you. Do not open the door or even allow
them to talk to you. Contact your area police or armed response immediately!!
Please pass this on to your family, friends,
and colleagues and spread the word.
Lots of people have fallen victim to this and
it's sad to see that innocent people are getting hurt and robbed in the
process.
