I was driving down Cambridge Road and then turned left into the road alongside Hartleyvale Stadium (not sure the name). There was a meter taxi in the middle of the road, difficult to get past, who had "run out of petrol". I asked the guy to please move because it was awkward to get past. He asked if he could be dropped off at the nearest petrol station. I said NO because I didn't know him. He insisted he was living in No. 8 Cambridge road. I said I not seen him before and he was a stranger to me. I asked the lady and she knows of no such person. There was a driver and another guy. They looked late 20's.
Very dodge, be careful out there about trusting people you don't know.
