Guy came to the door in Ash Str. ten minutes ago. He was trying to get me to open under false pretence. Said his name was "Bruce, from Kenya."
"You know me." he said. "How?" I ask "I used the phone here last year." No. We've lived here for a lot longer than a year, so it's not a case of him having us confused with the previous tenants. My question is, do you call the sector car for something like this? Maybe he got the wrong house. We chose not to, thinking he's probably just angling for a handout or lost (although I said I was going to and he left). Any thoughts?
