Why don't you ask Cllr Thomas? I had a similar experience at this dump some time ago and advised Obs to avoid it at all costs. Slogans like "This City Works for You" and "A Better Life for All" are beginning to wear thin. I also mailed Cllr. Thomas 'Cedric Reginald Thomas' <[email protected]> about this dump and it would seem that the officials who were meant to deal with this informal settlement have other, more important things to do.
