Hi all
I have received 3 applications, any objections must be forwarded to me in
writing, with name, address,erf No and sighed by yourself. I will pass on to
Insp Piedt.
1) TOPS AT OBZ. ( OFF SALES) This is the Spar, and it will be situated
in the mall at the parking entrance. However with the building in the state
it is in I don't think this will happen in a hurry. (Adv Potgieter
seems to have washed his hands of the continuation of the structure, he is also
in the process of trying to sell the old Spar building)
2) CRUSH. AT BLACK RIVER PARK. ( RESTUARANT LICENCE)
3) OBVIOUSLY ARMCHAIR. (SPECIAL ON CONSUMPTION LICENCE) This is the
old Armchair Theatre. They are opening a tourist accomodation venue, with bar
& restuarant.
