Was that what the commotion was all about? I was driving out of Obs at around this time, and noticed police cars driving around, sirens on, along the river. As I approached the N2 on-ramp, by the bridge, I noticed a (homeless?) black guy walking slowly over the street towards the river, screaming, face badly swollen and his body covered in blood. Wonder if this was one of the suspects?
