I also receive duplicates of some things and none of others. Is it delivered by the Post Office?
Our current postman is pretty useless with letters, too. a single small envelope is not just dropped into my box but folded in 4 before being shoved inside. Yu know the world has gone mad when a postman doesn't know how to perform the basic function of dropping a letter into a letterbox.
