I noted that the block between Scott Road and Polo Road as well as from
Campbell to the top main road all the street lights were out again.
I reported this by using the latest Observatory Civic Association
newsletter that was dropped in my letter box last week. I dialled the
number given 0860125005, only to be told the number had been changed to
0800220440..
Reported the lights out to Priscilla ref no 1001257925. Will wait till
this evening to see if any action has been taken.
