Hi , if anyone knows how to contact the owners of 22 Arnold Street, please let me know, or contact them urgently to let them know that their dog has been left out in the street with no way of getting into the property. He's an old chap and does not look as if he will wander, but it's not that safe for him, nor great weather to be stuck outside. Thanks, Perren.
