I have spoken to Mr Booysen's (yet again) and this is what he says. (I advise OAR clients to phone him directly themselves.) : If you look at the cc number which OAR give on their invoices, this is NOT the cc number of Fixtrade. i.e. Fixtrade are NOT the company that is rendering the service. The company which IS rendering the service is not registered. This may seem like a technical detail, but legally it is (arguably) crucial. I have asked Mr Booysens (again) if he can provide an progress report from PSIRA, so that I do not have to keep giving the gist of my conversations, at second hand.
