Sat, 17.40, guy cut electric fencing (top strand) , jumped over wall, stole mountain bike, threw it into adjoining tennis court fields, jumped back, rode off. (still puzzled about the electric fencing, but we will get the company in to look at that tomorrow) Neighbour actually saw him jumping over fence. Description: Tall, strong built guy, red jacket, back pack, beanie, blue jeans, not a white person, but couldn't make out if African or Coloured. Bike description: dark blue moutain bike, brand Rally
Yes, reported to SAPS I tried to submit it on the obs site, but it came back 3 times!! as invalid token and then all the info is gone.
