hello OBSWATCH, I'd like to report a theft.... for the record. On Wednesday19th August, at 12.40 pm, (middle of the day) I caught a approx 30yr old (ish) seemingly coloured guy stealing the globes and sensor apparatus out of a security light that was installed on my perimeter fence. I had seen the guy earlier, walking along the train line sussing out properties.
When I confronted him, he just gave me a dirty look and sauntered off along the railway line! Does any one have the contacts for CT Suburban Rail security person?
