Demolish the building. I have had enough of red tape. It is time the community took control of their destiny. This building is an eyesore and a problem. It has a major impact on the quality of life of adjacent neighbours. Quite frankly, these residents do not need, nor deserve, a slum on their doorstep. This property needs our attention.
