Hi Rich

Thanks for your comments, please see the following information:

The officer in question that was responding to your alarm activation was waved
down by a member of the public when entering Milner road. He was informed by
this member / resident that he notice a male suspect running under the subway
and jumping into a white taxi that was standing in Flourence Road. Based on the
officers statement he then responded in the direction of where the taxi was
last seen but unfortunately could not locate the taxi. This information was
relayed to SGT Luzipo who was driving the SAPS sector vehicle in the area. The
officer then made his way back to 17 Milner Road.

Just for the record I contacted you on Thursday morning but you were not
available so I spoke to your wife regarding the incident.

Regards.

Garith Dell

Absolute nonsense Gareth, your Investigation has only highlighted the
inadequacies of your Operations.

Point 3. The phone was not busy, we answered and screamed "come now
they are in the house"!!!

The Control Room then rang again but on my wife's cell - telling us
that the Vehicle was outside the house - it was not outside the house,
it didn't arrive for a further 6 - 10 mins, a neighbour who re-
directed the Guard (who appeared lost and dis-orientated estimates 10
mins response time)!!!!

Had the Guard been "outside the house" he would have apprehended the
Perps who had yet to exit my neighbours garage.

Clearly ADT have been "found wanting" here

Ps... Mr Dell made no effort to report back to myself other than by
this Public Domain, another PR Exercise????

Time to join the growing exodus to Chubb me thinks.............
