Thanks Julia,

Is it possible to drop it off at my place or will you be putting it into the
bank account, I have to purchase the vouchers tomorrow morning.

God Bless

Helen

    Dear All,
Woodstock SAPS have done extremely well in dealing with crime in our Sector
in the last few months. During August, there was a decrease of most crime
figures by an average of 20% and in September a decrease of 21%.
In order to show our appreciation to the SAPS members of Sector 1, a bus
trip around the Peninsula has been sponsored by Atlas Bus Tours and I will
sponsor their refreshments. However, as a token of appreciation from
Observatory, it would be greatly appreciated if we could possibly give each
individual member a small personal gift by way of a thank-you card and a
shopping voucher that can be redeemed at Pick 'n Pay.
I would like to appeal to the community, if you can spare it, to make a
small donation to the Obs Neighbourhood Watch, in order to achieve this.
I apologise for sending this out at such short notice, but it came as a
surprise, a nice surprise!
For the police, the trip and time off means a lot, and as well as a bit of
Rest & Relaxation, it also serves as a morale booster and a team building
exercise.
If you need time to arrange your donation, relax, simply send Helen a
pledge and we can deal with the collection later on.
    Much appreciated,
    Brian Gray.
PS I will still be helping out with the annual Sector 1 braai again this
year. We are waiting for the weather to improve, and details will be made
available once the arrangements have been finalised.
