A bergie was seen untying him from a hook outside the Kwikspar. Knowing the dog couldn't belong to the bergie, two Spar staff and Oscar 7 managed to remove it (for no payment) from him. His fur is very matted but he surely comes from a caring home because he will lift his paws for you if spoken to very gently. He is understandably anxious at the moment but has an incredibly beautiful nature. His teeth are in good condition and I'd guess he is perhaps around two years old. His collar has silver "Scottie" studs on it but no name tag. The dog will be collected by the Animal Welfare later today. Photos will be taken to the Tatler for further advertising.
