Vetus Schola is NOT a replacement for ADT/CBAR, they have no authority to inspect your property. As I understand it, they behave in exact opposite way as ADT/CBAR, ADT will make sure that you are ok and let the criminal get away while Vetus Schola will get the criminal but has to wait till they get flee from your property.
