OAR currently had a criminal case pending against them for operating a
secuirty company without the required psira registration.

There have been many complaints in this forum and others of OAR not
respecting contract cancellations and continuing to debit the bank
accounts of ex-customers sometimes for months at a time.

CBAR has a negligible client base in Observatory and we believe has
list interest in Obs after the well-publicised conflict between the
owners of the company disrupted things.

ADT gas a large client base in Obs and currently has several vehicles
servicing Obs and surrounding areas. ADT currently does not have a
specific dedicated Obs vehicle but we are in discussions with them to
get one committed here. We will organise a public meeting to discuss
this with residents in the New Year.

Vetus Schola does not do Armed Redponse in Obs. They are employed by
the CID to police public open spaces and prevent crime not respond to
individual householders alarms. They are already doing a great job in
this regard.
