Johan were you on a 2-way radio when you called VS or a mobile phone ? If on a 2-way radio, we (the ONW members who have 2-way radios) are have communication difficulties at present (....it's thought something is wrong with the repeater) which may explain why VS was having difficult. However......
If you were on a cell tel. you should not have needed to give details for as long as 5 mins...... ? ? P.S. Our 2-way radio suppliers are (as I type) attending to the problem....
