In the short time that OBSCID has been around, it is great to see the
improvement in our streets, they are cleaner for a start. The Local homeless
people seem to have disappeared and become a thing of the past. I note on
Tuesdays that when the garbage is put out there are fewer people rummaging in
the bins. One no longer hears the wonderfully foul vocabulary being screamed in
the street, from one drunk to the next. The street security is very visible
during the day.

What is the position with getting the graffiti painted off the walls, I see at
35 Campbell Street the graffiti painted on the wall "APEMAN" is still there
and has not been painted over, this has been on this wall for over a year. To
all in OBSCID keep up the good work.

Regards

Doug

The Obscid is in its infant stages and already there is a difference. One
only has to take a walk around Obs to see that our streets are cleaner than
they have ever been, the security company they employ has cleared the
streets of illegal car guards and many other nuisance factors. Other plans
like recycling are on the cards, these projects will come to pass. I feel
rather than complain, send in your suggestions for a better Obs, and if
your neighbour does not have access to the group why not send their
sugestions and comments for them.
