Who is responsible for the graffiti-style signage on Harleyvale's wall, co Liesbeeck Parkway & Station Road? The information re OBS FEST 2008 can surely be covered by a fresh layer of paint! The festive lighting re OBS FEST 2008 on the lamp post opposite Spar in Station Road makes me feel like time is standing still. This is 2010, is'nt it? And in my view this is a crime! LOL
