The graffiti thing will get interesting when this fine piece of legislation is finally passed.
I think the council will have a hard time implementing these fines and invasions of property to remove graffiti when a huge amount of this graffiti is on their own properties - lets see if they cast the first stone..... If they can't even keep the streets clean, how will they handle graffitti- the obvious answer is they won't. So the CID will have to do it Trev
