DA In order to ensure that the DA provides its supporters with the best possible public representatives, we are seeking dynamic South Africans who want to contribute to change by becoming councillors in the municipal elections due to take place in 2011. In order to be considered, applicants must subscribe to the DA's vision of an open, opportunity society for all and must demonstrate an established track record of leadership and community service. Approved applicants will be required to become active members within DA structures and may become part of the DA's internal selection process. There is, however, no guarantee that approved applicants will be selected to become candidates in the municipal elections.
