I have just had direct feedback from ADT about there time sync'ing. They sync their onw internal time server to a server at 196.25.1.1
Please use google to find out how to set up your pc to automatically sync to that server or any other time server. As long as you are syncing to a time server the time should be the same - thats the whole point. But for 100% compatibility 196.25.1.1 is the server they use But a quick explanation : in Windows XP double click the time in the task bar - then choose the Internet Time tab and you might find something there already, but make sure the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server, then punch in 196.25.1.1 and then press Update Now Windows Vista/Seven may or may not work the same way For linux users there may be similar GUI ways but the command line is your friend - just run ntpdate, then setup a cron job or setup the ntpd daemon. Sync now, sync often and then syncrhonize your wristwatch and all other devices to your pcs time Now may all our clocks tell the same time!!!
