Hi Annemarie Your concerns are certainly justified.
I am an ONW 'patroller' and would gladly have you join us. We need people like you who keep an eye out for what's going on around them. Would you be able to contribute as a patroller ? The more we swell our numbers the better for all of us. Much as I too am extremely angry at the number of murders we have had in Observatory since I've live here, I reckon the OBSID inevitably has financial restraints which curb its good intentions. All things considered though, I think they're doing fantastic work on our behalf.
